I was wondering what was going on over there Stefan. I hope you bring it back around someday. Squeezing everything in IS a struggle. It’s all an exercise of some sort. I think we live beyond the age where semi-formal learning had a clear end. When was that?

I agree that MySpace and others like it are probably mostly teenagers, but there are a surprising number of adults I've noticed as well. I do things my way here because I enjoy being involved in all parts of the site. Total control. Or at least the illusion of total control.

I find my pictures all over and usually through Google Image Search. I try to find images with a vintage quality when I can. I have my favorites on this site, and there are others that I like or hate depending on the time of day. I don't really like the one on this post right now, but I am enjoying the plane from the Feet on Ground entry.

Myspace is way overrated. I have an account because it actually helped me track down some old friends I've been looking for over the years. You'll be amazed at just how many people are on that network.

Problem is, there is just too many damn kids posting unappropriate things there. All kinds of garbage that kids should not be looking at or reading about.

Good points - blog, as I understood it, was short for weblog which is a "web log" where individuals write about events and use a content management system (CMS) to log these events.

Go figure.

I was so tired of everyone having one, and all of the work I've put into have a "web site" for the last 3-4 years, I dumped my host provider a couple of days ago and parked my domain at my registar.

I may go back to it at some point... but at this point I'm just so busy and don't want to feel guilty about not posting anything, and not posting anything of substance, that I just decided to concentrate on other things.

MySpace, Facebook, and Xanga just rub me the wrong way for some reason. I think its because it's typically a bunch of teenagers using those services. Since those are free services, how many teens would pay to have a host and put up a wordpress blog? Probably very few. I think teens, my nieces included, spend way too much time on MySpace and Xanga. That's why they don't know how to spell "ankle" and spell it as ankel.

I'll get off my soapbox ;)

hey, where do you find your pics you place at the top of your posts? I think they're pretty slick.

Take care.
