Oh and congrats on your engagement.  When I proposed, it was a huge decision on my part.

		<description>Don&#039;t believe any of the hype: your 30s will be better than your 20s.  See, the early 20s are still &#039;growing up&#039; years, so there&#039;s this dichotomy in your emotional development that leaves people unsure of what they can expect from you..   are you still doing keg stands and throwing fart grenades at friends?  or do you act like a professional when at work?  

Once you&#039;re in your 30s, all that goes away and like the old TV show, you&#039;re just thirty something.  Respect for everybody.  I love it.</description>
