Who, What?

This is a personal site written and designed by Greg Hanover. I live in Austin, Texas with my wife Nicole (a Californian immigrant) and our psycho cats Sebastian and Katie.

When I'm not out fighting crime, I write really bad code for a living. I know a little VB, C#, ASP, etc. I'm not really qualified to do anything, but I'd probably beat you at Trivial Pursuit.

This site was created to spread grammatically incorrect, highly biased thoughts and opinions. That may include questionable news, ignorant commentary, so-called current events, and other one sided arguments.

In most areas I have moderate to liberal views, but I'm capable of listening to other opinions without looking like George W. Bush at a presidential debate. Don't let all the yelling and screaming convince you otherwise.

Outside of complaining about the state of things, I also enjoy reading, traveling, and playing ping pong. I have an unhealthy addiction to Nick-at-Nite, and I curse random objects for "bad luck" during college football games. It's also possible that I'm a rage-a-holic step skipper. Now you know.

About this Site

Second Negative is designed and developed using several parts XHTML, PHP and CSS. The excellent and open source Wordpress is used to manage content and presentation. I write the code that brings things to life on a MacBook Pro using Coda and Smultron.

This site makes every effort to adhere to web standards (when practical). All XHTML and CSS should validate. Table based layouts are for suckas.

Second Negative is a debate term. But you knew that.
